Level 1: Essential Bookkeeping
Who it’s for: For startups, freelancers, or very small businesses who need tax ready books.
What it Includes:
- Categorizing income and expenses
- Reconciling bank & credit card accounts
- Monthly Profit & Loss Report
- Quarterly check-ins
- Year-end tax package (P&L + general ledger)
- Receipt management
- Email/Phone/Text support
❌ Balance sheet not fully reconciled
❌ No asset/liability tracking
👉 Best for: Sole proprietors and Schedule C filers whose main concern is tax compliance.
Level 2: Growth Bookkeeping
Who it’s for: For owners who want to see where the money is going.
Everything in Level 1, plus:
- Expense detail by category (e.g., marketing, payroll, overhead)
- Simplified cash flow snapshots
- Limited balance sheet reconciliation (cash, loans, credit cards)

Level 3: Complete
